To back up the data files please perform these actions:
1. Turn off Axcys
2. Using Windows Explorer, locate the folder "c:\Axcys" inside of this folder are several others. Locate the folder "c:\Axcys\Data". Copy that folder to the folder "c:\Axcys", Windows will create a folder name similar to "Copy of Data".
3. Once the copy is complete, rename the "Copy of Data" folder to Data_110216 where there are no spaces, and the ending numbers are the date. In this example 110216 = Nov 2, 2016.
4. Restart Axcys.
5. If desired a copy of the newly created folder can be placed elsewhere on your network, however we recommend that the original and copies remain in this location.
