First Steps

Like most purchases, you should first open the package received.  Inspect the contents and compare to the packing list that was enclosed.  This will ensure that in the unusual circumstance of shipping damage, a claim may be made in time for the carrier to respect and honor the claim.  Delay in doing so may either allow the carrier to dishonor the damage claim, and/or the warranty.  In the case of shipping damage, the amount of time depends on the carrier used.  Global is NOT responsible for any shipping damage or other such loss - please see the terms of sale of your invoice and/or quote.

Comparing the contents to the packing list confirms that you have received all product shown on the packing list.  Although very very rare, discrepancies can occur.  In the unfortunate event that your shipment has a discrepancy, please report to Global immediately!  Delay in reporting any discrepancy may result a dishonor of your request.
