The Heart of the Axcys Wireless System is the Axcys Controller/Axcys Software, making all operating decisions during the operation and use of the product. These are based on various User specified configuration/operating parameters.
In turn is the Axcys Wireless Controller. This device acks as a multiplexed head end to the Wireless System. It communicates with both the Axcys Controller/Axcys Software and all Wireless devices.
The Wireless Contact is the Individual Door Alarm (Contact) which is mounted on the door and/or door frame of roll up and/or swing doors. The Wireless Contact is supplied with AA Batteries selected for their high capacity and longevity in the specific environments which the Wireless Contact is expected to operate in. The specification for AA Batteries is an ideal solution for both the product and the End User since they are easily field replaceable. While Global specifies a particular battery, any AA battery will work. However using batteries not supplied by Global Electronics, Ltd. will result in varying operating results differing from that designed by Global.
