There are two kinds of Wall Mounted Power Supplies and one type of Desktop power supply that Global uses for its Producs. These are:
5 Volt supplies used for the Communicator - note the connector attached
18V Wall Power Supply used for Keypads, Multiplexers and other remote components. Note there is no connector on the end. The polarity of the wires is marked for you either with a + sign or Red tubing over the wire. You should always use a Volt Meter to verify these are correct before you install them.
