Global Electronics, Ltd. is committed to the following objectives for quality:  To attain and maintain our facilities in accordance with ISO9001.  Maintain and continuously improve the quality of our products and  services in accordance with IPC-A-610-A Class II and/or our customers unique quality expectations.  Improve the quality of our own operations, so to continually exceed all customer expectations.  Provide confidence to management and employees that the quality improvement processes are in place to ensure that the requirements for quality are being fulfilled and maintained.  Provide confidence to our customers that the quality improvement processes are in place to ensure that the requirements for quality are being achieved in the delivered products and services;  Ensure that all quality system requirements, including ISO 9001, are being fulfilled.

Management firmly believes in, and is committed to, conformance to ISO9001 standards.  To ensure that every task is performed in exactly the same manner each time will Limit the possibility for the introduction of error;  Thereby increasing productivity, overall quality and customer satisfaction.

The importance of proper, up-to-date information cannot be understated.  Global Electronics maintains a paperless documentation and information system conforming to the ISO9001 standard.  This Electronic System contains all information and instructions to operate the company.  It is menu driven and will cover every location and department.  Included are documentation for ISO9001, MRP, ERP,  Processes, Procedures, Forms, and IPC documentation with photographs. 

The rational behind Global's Paperless Information System is:
•  Provide easy access to every employee at all times 
•  Universally maintain and update all documents with out exception 
•  Conformance with ISO9001 requirements
