To back up the Application files please perform these actions:
1. Turn off Axcys
2. Using Windows Explorer, locate the folder "c:\Axcys". Copy that folder to the folder "c:\" (root directory) , Windows will create a folder name similar to "Copy of Axcys".
3. Once the copy is complete, rename the "Copy of Axcys" folder to Axcys _110216 where there are no spaces, and the ending numbers are the date. In this example 110216 = Nov 2, 2016.
4. Restart Axcys.
5. It is recommended that this newly created Copy of Axcys be placed elsewhere on your network, however we recommend that the original and copies remain in this location. This folder contains most all of the files necessary to run Axcys. Although other files are needed, along with the database manager, having a complete set would allow very fast recovery if necessary.
