1. PMS Interface.exe - installed inside the Controller, normally in the path C:\Axcys Facility Security Management\Property Manament System Interface. This application accepts the file transfer from a Client PC {computer} then either simply places it in the appropriate folder, which is normally the C:\Gate folder and/or placed, then processed to update the appropriate database tables.
2. PMS File Transfer.exe - installed on one or more Client PC's whose users ordinarily work with the Property Management System. It must be installed in the path C:\Gate. It looks for the presence of the update file from the PMS, then transfers it to the Controller automatically.
3. Ports Necessary:
Open UDP and TCP port 9090
Open UDP and TCP port 8000
WAN Transfer port 52723
4. Antivirus must be configured to exclude the entire folder where the relevant software resides (from 1 and 2 above).
5. Configure your PMS as normal to drop is created interface file into the local disk c:\Gate
