Axcys Software Upgrade/Update Policy
An upgrade is a major change in a product denoted by a new version number (e.g. version 1.0 to 2.0). An update is a minor change in a product denoted by a tenth release made available within the same version (e.g. 1.0 to 1.1) or a hundredth release made available within the same version (e.g. 1.01 to 1.02).

With each Single User Copy License purchased:
Any updates released for your initial purchased version are free. If you own an older release, you can buy the newest software release at the upgrade price, however each upgrade level is subject to the upgrade price.

Example: You buy Axcys 1.0. Therefore, you are eligible to update to Axcys 1.01 or Axcys 1.1(free update). You may not upgrade for free to a future release of Axcys 2.0 or higher. If you skip one or more upgrades, the upgrade price is multiplied by the number of version upgrades you are jumping to (eg upgrade from version 2 to version 4 = 2 upgrades. So the price is a multiple of two times the current upgrade price).
